Between the use of essential oils, hot stones, deep tissue, specific setup for pregnancy posture, and her sweet demeanor, I was so impressed and felt like royalty. Can’t wait to go back next week! I have attended yoga at this studio for about a year now. Each time I go it is a great experience. Jean is a wonderful instructor and tailors each class to your needs! Also, the environment is clean and pleasant. I would recommend New Day to those who would like to try yoga for the first time as well as advanced students.
