We had the pleasure of renting a home through Step Ahead for a year. I can confidently say I have never had such an amazing rental company. The service was spectacular, if there was a maintenance issue they would frequently have someone out the same day. The repair man was kind, courteous, and a joy to work with. The management was amazing, always helpful, respectful, and quick to respond. I cannot say enough good things about Lisa as well. Seriously the best. The house was well cared for, updated, and they were fair about our security deposit and returned it to us quickly. We ran into an issue with a water bill due to a leak and Lisa and Breandan helped us through it every step of the way. I always recommend this company for anyone looking to rent, we ended up moving for more space and due to the pet deposit being a bit high - we wanted to add a new member to the family.
