Very disappointed!!! after singing praises about the company for YEARS since they installed a metal pipe in the chimney for a fantastic price. Now, we have had a chimney fire and I requested that it be inspected. Michael gives me a quote for almost twice what I believe we paid for the original install which seems a bit outrageous to me. I emailed and asked what we could do to lower the cost such as not replace the old cap that was quoted $765 for or a sweep for $239 when the fire pretty much cleaned everything out (image below). I didn't even get a response. I guess they have just gotten too big for their britches and aren't concerned about customer loyalty. I will no longer be able to recommend this company in good conscience and will be getting quotes elsewhere. I truly hope the owner reads this and makes an effort to ensure that he has reliable employees like he use to.
We had Michael from chimney savers solutions, and he was a pleasure to work with. He let us know prior to his arrival, he was personable, tidy, and completed the job on time. I would heartily recommend this company and this technician. Five stars!
They came and replaced 2 chimney caps, did a full inspection and replaced our concrete at the top of the chimney. They were on time, clean and friendly. No complaints and job was done to our satisfaction.
