Rooftop Chimney Sweeps

I am so happy I went with Cougot's for the chimney repair work I needed. I couldn't be more impressed with their impeccable customer service. My repair work had some unexpected surprises they discovered while on the job, and they went above and beyond to find solutions on my behalf. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services. Both Cory and Ryland were incredibly kind, went out of their way to help me and make sure the job was perfectly completed, and I just can't thank them enough. Our 100-something year old chimney was in need of repair/restoration. Breaking down the previous interior of chimney in order to replace with liner looked like intense work! It was apparent that the two servicemen, Cliff and AJ, were experienced, skillful, and thorough with their work. Even though that kind of work can be loud and disruptive, AJ and Cliff were very conscientious and professional when they had to come in and out of house during the large project. They also restored the firebox and were concerned about integrity of the work and came back on the weekend to finalize their efforts. Would highly recommend!!! I called yesterday because i had put off having our new house chimney inspected, i left a vm im sure due to the snow. Our power had gone out at 0730 on 1/6. At 0854 on 1/7 they called back, i explained how we had no power for over 24hrs and we were freezing and just wanted to know if the fireplace was safe, she checked to see if she had some time and was able to get someone out within LITERALLY 20 minutes. The guys came in, inspected, and were out in roughly 30 minutes. Our chimney is safe and in good condition so we were able to have heat in our downstairs.
