Excellent service, my car went in as a result of an accident which occurred while it was parked, so it was an insurance claim. The team knew I needed my car back quickly and worked tirelessly to get it back to me on-time, which they did and they delivered it too! Nice delivery drivers - very polite and pleasant. Did give a five star review but dropped it to four as the car was filthy and hadn't been cleaned outside which, for the excess cost and the cost of repair should have been done!

Not a great experience unfortunately. Had to send them pictures and details of my car on 3 separate occasions as they had "IT" issues. Gave them the address of the car on multiple occasions and they kept confirming my old address for pickup , even on the day of pickup. Been waiting 6 weeks for them to send me a copy of a VAT invoice for the excess as this is a company car so I am out of pocket until they do this. The actual repair was fine but the service to get the repair done was very poor.

My vehicle has been at Steer for 3 months, and every week when I call, I’m given a different story. No resolution, just endless delays and excuses. Completely unacceptable service. Avoid this company if you don’t want to be left in the dark. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Steer. After my car was sent to them for repairs following an accident, it took over three months to get it back. Despite the long wait, the repairs were subpar. The fender on the impacted side is loose and noisy, the paint job on the bumper is poorly done with noticeable overspray, and there’s still visible damage under the headlight. I had previously left a review, and their response was to apologize and ask me to contact them. However, they already have all my contact information. Why should I be the one to reach out again? If they truly cared about customer service, they would have contacted me directly to resolve these issues. I would not recommend Steer to anyone. Avoid this company if you want timely and quality repairs.
