Servicing Stop

Where should I start? I booked a service of my car E220d Merc with them and paid 177 quid online. They collected my car on Wednesday 19 Feb. Then I received a call saying that my car needs further important repairs including replace of brake oil and life time engine flush costing me another £380.86 the car was returned to me same evening after multiple calls. Next day I saw the reviews my mistake not checking before booking. Today I wanted to reassure myself if the job was done because something was not feeling right. So I checked the state of engine and pulled the dip stick and to my surprise engine oil was still dirty. The oil cap has same dirt on it as I was not even touched. When you pour new oil the cap should show the signs of finger printer and not covered with dirt. Then I checked the wheels the the wheels were also not touched to renew the brake oil and wheels were still covered with dirt as if no one had opened the tyres. This whole thing lead to one conclusion and that is no work was done on my car and it was returned to me with any repair and service. Please avoided these scammers they will take your money suggest you unnecessary repairs and then do nothing you can see the pics do the oil looks clean by any means?

Biggest Scammers! Do not deal with these thieves. I spoke to Chris on the phone—he was handling my vehicle—and he absolutely robbed me. When I called this company and booked a vehicle collection, the price for the service was £175, but I ended up paying £1,507.86. They returned the car in a more worser condition then when they picked it up, meaning they hadn't done the majority of the works that were indicated. I only wanted a service, and I also had an engine light on. At high speeds (close to 70 mph), the car had a slight shake. On the day of the vehicle's return, Chris called me and told me they had done a diagnostic and fixed the engine light issue. However, just 20 minutes after receiving the vehicle, the engine light came back on. On the motorway, at high speed, the car started shaking even worse than before. I called Chris back, and he told me to go to the garage where the vehicle was serviced. When I arrived, I found that the garage was just some random subcontractor in Southall (not Servicing Stop). They told me a completely different story from what Chris had said over the phone. They were shocked when I told them how much I had paid for the service. They said that if I had gone directly to them, all the work they had done would not have exceeded £500. The worst part was that they asked for an additional £1,000 to fix the engine light when I had already paid £1,507.86. Now, I have to find a reliable car service to do everything again, including fixing the engine light—but this time, I’m £1,507.86 out of pocket, thanks to Chris from Servicing Stop robbing me.

Their so-called ‘full service’ is a complete scam; they are deceiving customers. If you want to see the truth for yourself, take your car there and observe what actually happens. You will understand their dishonesty. I contacted customer care about this issue, but it was a terrible experience. I strongly recommend that everyone visit a trusted workshop directly to get their car serviced properly."
