I can't get over how amazing Javier and this company was. I called at 9:30 am because my garage door wouldn't open. He arrived by 11, looked at it for a few minutes, and fixed it without any tools. It was 100% user error on our end--someone had pulled the safety cord--and he reset it and refused to take any money. Not a penny. Said it was no big deal and left. Just unheard of.

This review is late in coming but better late than never as they say. The spring on our garage door broke and our door was so heavy it was unable to be opened manually. The spring required special ordering. I called A1 Affordable Garage Doors Services after reading the good reviews. Ron's price was good and his service was great. He got us the part, installed the spring, and left some lubricant for me to use if I needed it again. Very satisfied with the service.

This company is great. Owner Ron is contentious about being on time and doing it right and not cutting corners. It means a lot for the owner to do the job as the buck will stop with him if not done right. He did a great job and provided unexpected positive advice to maintain the door and opener after he left so it will last. Just by talking with Ron, I could tell he was a straight talking decent human being. Ron thought he might be able to fix the opener. After looking at it, he said it couldn't be fixed (19 year old and hard to find parts) and told me to buy a certain make and model off Amazon and installed it for a very reasonable price. I'm quite happy with the entire process and highly recommend A1 Affordable Garage Doors Services.
