I initially choose A&M based on their location. I obtained multiple inspections and estimates on my roof. A&M performed the most thorough inspection and evaluation. Juret explained everything he saw and what the pictures he took were capturing. I expected an extremely high price based on the time he spent evaluating and the quality of the materials proposed for the roof replacement / repair. The estimate I received was within a couple of hundred dollars of other much less detailed offers. A&M was able to complete my roof replacement in one day and within two weeks of the estimated time frame. The crew was neat, and polite and they left my property in good condition. The debris and nail removal was very good. Time will tell how the roof replacement works but from all appearances I chose a good company who cares about the work they provide. I am holding off the last star only until the first big rain occurs. No rain but a did notice that my upstairs bath fan vent was stressed somehow during my roof replacement. I sent pics to Juret. Today they came and repaired a small piece of ceiling drywall. They even took the time to color match the 25 year old paint. This company really cares and goes above and beyond!

My roof replacement project went very well with A&M. The communication on the assessment and execution is efficient and candid. The price is competitive. I feel no pressure to purchase anything that I wouldn't need. The owner, the sales manager, and the PM are very professional. The roof have been tested for several heavy rains and snow in the last months. I am satisfied about their workmanship.

Update (Feb/24): Mark and his entire crew are fantastic. I’ve had two small issues on the roof area since the install over the past year, and they were very responsive to take care of the problems. Very thorough in explaining the process to troubleshoot the problems. I hope A&M Roofing is around for a very long time because they’re/they’ll be the first ones I’d call for any roofing working. 2022: Great experience with A&M roofing. The biggest thing that stands out for me is the communication. I’ve had two roofs replaced in my life and this was definitely the better of the two. Mark, the owner/president, answered all of my questions quickly and provided great advices during our roof installation. The project manager was on site the entire installation and communicated to include ensuring no debris was falling on heads as we entered and exited throughout the day. Even the material delivery guys took care to not damage the branches hanging over the driveway. While it took A&M an extra trip, I really appreciated them doing this. The estimate was the best one out of the five others we shopped around the Springfield area. But what really sold me was the communication. Really appreciate it when project managers/contractors communicate well. If I ever need roof work done, I know who to call.
