upgraded my office locks last week, and the commercial locksmith did a spot on job. They turned up on time and got the work done without any fuss. The new locks feel sturdy, and I can tell it’ll keep the place more secure. Took them less than a couple of hours, which was much quicker than I expected given how many doors needed upgrading. would call them again if needed.

scammers, avoid at all cost! got charged 180 pounds for a poor job with no parts replaced, just hammered down to this and got laughed at when called the company

I rarely leave a bad review but please be careful - the locksmith I called out didn’t reveal the full price for the whole lock change and replacement before drilling a hole in my door… then ended up charging me a whopping £715 on the spot. I would never, ever have gone ahead with it if I’d known - I felt completely duped and had no choice but to pay. On top of that the lock replacement looks clunky and has a hole down the side from the original drilling… Again sorry to leave a bad review this gives me no pleasure, but I have to. I got £50 off in the end (which was embarrassing) because of the dent in the side - but that was it. Still really frustrated - just be careful all I don’t want this happen to anyone else
