Customer experiences
We closed on our brand new construction home less than 3 weeks ago...and we quickly realized we totally forgot an outlet in the garage for our side mount garage door opener. Talk about a dumb goof up! My husband insisted that he could move the outlet and I have no doubt he would've done a great job, but we just didn't have the time so I searched around and I'm so glad I found AArdvark. I submitted an inquiry and received a call back promptly from Frank. We chatted over the phone about my options and I scheduled an appointment for their next opening. When the technician arrived, we talked through the options and we decided to run a new outlet through the attic from the one that was already placed for a normal, overhead garage. Our technician Christian had the work done within two hours, the cost felt completely fair and he explained everything step by step. Hopefully we didn't make any more mistakes like that when we built out our electrical plan, but if we did, we'll be sure to call AArdvark again!
I needed a Tesla Home Charger to be installed, I called a few electricians and everyone said its difficult and would not call back or they would quote me hefty price. Christian and Richard did the job so nicely that I am very impressed. Problem was that my Electric panel is inside my kitchen and its the backmost wall of my house and the Garage is at the front of house, I don't have basement and electrician would have to cut the ceiling and run long paths having stairs in-between and some twisted paths had to be followed. These guys did it in less than half day and with minimal cuts to the walls.
They are fantastic. Timely and knowledgeable, had an issue where a check was deposited wrong (teller probably fat fingered an extra number) and the owner was quick to remedy and just gave me a credit as we were doing other work.
Cannot say anything bad about Frank and his crew! They are reasonable priced, professional and get it done!!! Needed an EV outlet in our garage, gotten 6 quotes, need 100FT of wires from basement to garage As always, I Done my research before contacting any vendors so I know what to ask before and during the project.  Knowing wires is expensive and know many installers like to charge a EV tax aka EV owners are rich let’s over charge them!! Out of the six quotes, it was from $750 to $2600!!! Frank was on the lower end so we hired him. Frank, the owner, took his time explaining in detail during estimate, yes he was the only company that actually took the time to tell me in detail about the installation! Two electricians showed up at 9am they did a lot of work in the basement mainly pulling wires and made some adjustment in the breaker. They were polite and professional. Around lunch time, Frank showed up making sure everything is up to his standard Around 1:30pm, they are done! When the electrician showed me the bill, he was like…why so cheap and I was like I don’t know…how cheap?! He even said it barely covered wires…but Frank knows best. You got a great deal!!! So I know I got a great deal LOL Ps.  How good and professional these guys are.  They have their shoe covers on as soon as they entered the house, kept us in the loop of everything.  While they were installing the pipes, they saw a heating vent has broken off, barely attached together lol and told me about it!  I honestly thought maybe they accidentally broke it since the vent was next to where they needed to drill the holes out to my garage.  After I make the vent repair myself, its been broken ever since we moved in.  now, the vent blowing air to where it was supposed to upstairs has a lot more air!!!  THANK YOU 😊
