Ted DietzMy 20-year-old tankless water heater started delivering hot water with sporadic gaps of cold water. I contacted Abacus using their online service request site. Within the day I was scheduled for a visit by a technician in the following week. The technician gave me status updates about his time of arrival and he arrived on time. He was polite and very knowledgeable and gave me options for troubleshooting, repair, or replacement. Due to the age of my heater, I opted to have it replaced and he scheduled installation for two days later. The installers arrived on time. They also were very polite and respectful of my house and within 3 hours had removed and replaced the heater. They installed it according to code. Everything works perfectly and I am very happy the entire process.
Gayle LacourIf I could give a 0 I would. I was grossly overcharged. To unscrew 1 bathroom faucet screens took maybe 5 minutes total I was charged $204.97. Abacus was highly recommended by my brother. Needless to say I will not be using them again. I did call and well no credit was offered. She said that's the price in the price book. I did call you and you said those are the prices. Its Unbelievable that you stand by your prices. $204 to clean a screen on a bathroom faucet that took maybe 5 minutes. I would still like a refund of some sort.

She was able to schedule an electrician and plumber to come out for an estimate the following day, due to me calling in the afternoon and it not being an emergency need. The electrician came out, gave an estimate and was able to complete the job the same day. He was very nice, listened to the issue and provided great service. The plumber came out gave an estimate but due to the nature of the job will be returning the next morning. He also listened to the issue, gave options and the estimate. We look forward to his return and will give an update on his work. So far so good!!
