Avoid at all costs. They are disorganized, unprofessional, and don’t follow through on things such as the cancellation of services. Thus, you end up being charged for services they agreed to cancel months back. Now I have to dispute charges with my credit card company and involve a lawyer due to their unethical practices. Avoid unless you don’t mind being charged for things they failed to cancel when they promised to (all of this is well documented in email). Ciara Green and Sierra Reynolds unfortunately don’t represent the company well. Ciara actually emailed me beginning with “Hiya.” Extremely unprofessional. Sierra failed to cancel the services I was charged for. They’re responsive when they want your money but when they make a mistake? They make excuses or don’t respond. They’ll now be spending more in legal fees. Edit to add that they have agreed to refund and rectify the situation. I will change my review to 3 stars for now, due to that.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They charged nearly $20 to have a single small envelope piece of mail forwarded minutes down the road. Not only did they fail to forward the single piece of mail, but the piece of mail contained a check, a donation to a nonprofit organization, which we have serious concern they have stolen. A police report is being filed, and a civil action is being filed. I attempted to notify them of the failure to deliver 4 times over the course of a week, and have not received a returned call. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
