I had a disappointing experience with this warehouse service. The service was extremely slow, and the forklift operator was quite rude. Unfortunately, she seemed inexperienced and even caused damage by hitting the trailer, leaving a hole in the wooden floor. This place really needs better management. I think it would be a good idea if ABC / Google allowed us to respond to any replies. I would like to clarify that the trailer was thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and supervised at the time of loading in Laredo, TX, and the interior was in good condition; otherwise, it would not have been possible to load it without a prior check. Additionally, we have photos and videos from when the trailer was being loaded for transport to ABC Warehouse, which can further support our position. It's also worth noting that the driver was seated inside the vehicle while waiting and observed a "bump" or "hit" that appeared to be caused by the forklift driver. As for the exterior, there may be minor details, but these are merely marks from exhaust smoke and do not represent significant damage

Perfect option for getting our parts to and from other vendors when in house transportation isn't possible. Even on short notice they have been able to get our parts to and from without issue. We haven't bothered looking elsewhere due to holding of original quoted price, being able to count on a pickup, and being able to speak with an actual real live person. Three things that you would be hard pressed to count on from the larger carriers.

I met with Marissa from ABC packaging a few months ago as a courtesy to a local company. Found out they have some great transportation services that we now use on a regular basis. Very professional, efficient, and excellent communicators!
