I posted a very appropriate but negative review of this establishment, which either they or the site had removed. So I will say this, in hopes the review is not taken down again: From my personal experience, 1. the clothes are not fully cleaned, can be dropped then misplaced when handed over, attached to other people orders (I received others clothes in a few of mine) and they are expensive. Pictures below of a designer shirt cuff returned to me ‘cleaned’ on a spot I specifically showed them when I gave it to them. 2. They significantly damaged a new pair of designer boots I asked to have stretched, when I was very kind but clear (was even using a joking tone at the end to not sound demanding) about how gentle they needed to be treated as they were so new. See pictures below. When I picked them up and expressed how upset I was at the condition, the gentlemen essentially giggled and helped the next person. So, as I can’t seem to say anything else for risk of them removing this again, I do not rate this cleaner’s business offering. Use at your own risk.

Absolutely Appalling Service. Trend Dry Cleaners should be closed permanently as it does not serve the community in which it is located. They have a habit of losing customer's garment. They lack accountability and professionalism. They are continually irresponsible. The manager Rizwan Ali is evasive and divisive when confronted with concerns and is unwilling to resolve issues. The condition of the premises ie first impression is indicative of the poor service that you will receive. It does not deserve any star rating whatsoever. I would advise any potential customers to read reviews beforehand as it is risky taking garments to this disorganised business, as there is no guarantee that it would be returned to you. Trend Dry Cleaners had lost my garment within a day of receiving it. There is a great Cleaners across the road near Sainsbury's, they provide an amazing service.

Avoid at all costs! I went on 10th December 2020 and gave them 1 pair of Prada grey trousers and 2 work shirts. There was an employee, middle aged and of black English origin who took those 3 items and did not give me a receipt . I asked for a receipt 3-4 times and was told “ we do things differently here, just write your name and mobile number and they will be ready on Sunday and we will call you . I trusted this man and this company and left .On Sunday I was busy so went to collect everything on Tuesday and they could not find the items . At the beginning the 2 managers started doubting I had ever been there, then they asked who took the items , then the same man who took the items appeared from the back and confirmed he took those 3 items . They apologised and said they needed note time to locate my clothes . I gave them 1 week , then went back still no sign, they asked me for yet more time to do some research , I gave them other 20 days . Today , a month after , they refuse to accept they lost or stole my items and are uncooperative and refusing to deal with it . Apart from the cost of the Prada trousers and 2 work shirts , I hope that nobody experiences anything like this as this people are bot professional and are in breach of Uk trading standards as well . I really hope people will be helped by this review and will be extremely careful before deciding to use this company . Lastly , a minor crime report has been filed with the police about this event . The pictures show the place on outside and the 2 managers who refuse to help or even to deal with the issue. Now one year or more later they are replying to this very same review asking to go back snd use their services and pretending the management has changed! The management is the very same fraudulent people that were there years ago and some of my acquaintances and friends have been conned too by those people that “cannot find” the clothes given to them by trustful customers like myself and the poor customers that enter in this shop ! Please avoid like the plague as you will be robbed of the clothes you want to be cleaned .
