I’ve had a great experience at Ability Physiotherapy. The staff are welcoming, professional, and really make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The physiotherapists take the time to explain everything clearly and tailor the treatments to your specific needs, which has made a big difference in my recovery. The clinic is clean and well-organized, and I’ve never had to deal with long wait times — they really respect your appointment time. Prices are also fair compared to other places I checked out, and you can tell they genuinely care more about your progress than just rushing you through. Overall, I highly recommend Ability Physiotherapy if you’re looking for quality treatment, friendly staff, and an efficient, supportive environment.

I have been attending Ability Physiotherapy and Wellness in Northeast location for my massage and physiotherapy treatments,which has greatly alleviated neck and back problems. I highly recommend Krupal Rathod and Himani Singh for Physiotherapy treatments, as they provide personalized one on ne care and attention to sports needs. Lillian and Sumandeep are also exceptionally awesome for massage treatments. The entire staff are super friendly and accommodating, and the clinic maintains a pristine environment.

My experience with Ability Physio has been positive right from the start. My Daughter-in-Law (a Nurse) recommended Ability in 2024 for my broken ankle. I then started with Massages; Lillian stands out the most for me. She is Professional, concerned and Personable. On my visits we chat about how I am feeling and discuss the activities I have been doing. She also asks me how is the Pressure she uses. I recommend Ability Physio for it’s Professional and Personal Care.

This place is well organized. The staff is very professional and friendly. I love how I get a notification a day before the appointment and again a few hours prior to the appointment. My physiotherapist Disha is really good at what she does. She listens and acts on it accordingly. I would definitely recommend them especially Disha!
