De’ was my agent. I responded to a CL ad and usually when you reach out to an agent they are not responding at all or it takes hours or days at best. He answered promptly and I saw the apartment within 2 hours of viewing the ad. I applied immediately after seeing it. He was even early for the showing. Lovely person and didn’t leave anything out.
