i must say this is one of the worse place to file taxes, customer service Horrible by the tall guy witch is the son of one of the owners i believe. We were waiting for more then 2 hours. He had someone there the whole time talking while the customer waited for his gf to get here & file taxes. two hours is enough he could’ve helped us while the guys gf got there. i had too walk out never again coming here to file taxes.
The people there are very nice, they know Spanish and English which makes it easier to communicate. They will do anything to help you which is a huge plus
