I went in to book a soak off appointment, the front desk staff was so helpful in assisting me with booking, but Lucy a nail technician was abrasive and downright rude and refused to service me. I am sure if my appearance was difference she would not have refused to provide me service. It’s unfortunate because I had wonderful experiences here previously with Mela and J.B. Technicians like Lucy are bad for business and need a lesson in customer service and etiquette.

Let me start with the positive: Stacy. She is meticulous with her manicures and pedicures, and her goal is to do an excellent job. I should mention I initially booked online but didn't complete the process. I called, and the first receptionist I spoke with sounded annoyed with me. I was able to get a manicure but not a pedicure. I was running 7 minutes late and called again to see if that was an issue. The second person I spoke with was friendly and said, "It is up to the manicurist." I arrived at eleven ten, which was to late for the first appointment, so I waited until 11:30, which was fine. I arrived at 11:10. I was shown where the operator was as she was finishing up with a regular client. They were chatting about Spain, and it was now eleven forty-five. Had she acknowledged me and said anything, I wouldn't have minded. Actually, by this time, I was annoyed, and it didn't seem like the same place given my tardiness. I found Stacy, who gave me the best manicure and pedicure! I will start going to her. Tatiana was very helpful and took me to Stacy, who had time for both. I left at 2:45. My first time there

From the minute you walk in to the spa, you feel like they were expecting you. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed. I love my manicurist, Stacey, and every other technician is so friendly, you feel you are sitting with a group of friends having coffee together but you leave feeling pampered and great

We saw Cooper and let me tell you she is amazing! She did a fantastic job with my daughter who at a different place had a terrible experience. She took her time & explained each step she was doing and made her feel special! Her hair was so soft & silky and the perfect cut my daughter asked for! Cooper is amazing!
