My husband usually researches and books our vacations to Mexico. We have been to the Playa, Rivera Maya area about 4-5 times. This time, we decided to let Ron at About Your Vacations do everything for us. We put FULL trust in him and actually just told him that we wanted "adults only, all inclusive, and the location". Ron did all the research and came back with three resorts for us to choose from (which was hard, because they all seemed to be wonderful). We choose the middle choice not too expensive, but not the cheapest either. RON DID EVERYTHING! He booked our flights, added our TSA #, booked the extremely safe transfers to and from the airport, followed through, and followed up. His communication was PERFECT! This was by far the best vacation we have every been on. We felt like we were on the honeymoon we never had. When we arrived at the resort we were treated like royalty, served snacks and a floral champagne to easy the travel day away. Ron placed us in an ocean view room which was breath taking. The ambiance and views of the resort were astonishing. The food, entertainment, and staff were remarkable. We did not want to leave! WE WILL ALWAYS TRUST RON (and his lovely wife Tina) for all of our travel needs. About Your Vacations is great! Thank You so much, we are beyond happy with Ron and About Your Vacations!

I rarely do reviews but the service from Ron and Karen was so GREAT that I have to let anyone who reads reviews know that there is no other place to go when you want a well planned vacation with no worries!! Ron is phenomenal and his patience and positive interactions were unmatched. From my first call to get information up until it was time for my family to leave he was detailed and supportive. We even had a minor issue that had nothing to do with the agency that Ron still helped me out with which was greatly appreciated! My family and I can't wait for them to plan future vacations! This was our first family trip out of the country and it was such a relief to not have to worry about ANYTHING because it had all been taken care of in the planning.
