Above Roofing recently installed a new roof on my house. They showed up early in the morning (a little after 7:00 a.m.), they laid out tarps covering the area directly around the house, to catch any debris that fell. About mid-morning they informed me that the roof would need to be re-sheathed due to the material that was previously used. This did cost more but they did not add any labor charge with installing the new roof, and it provided me with a solid roof. This is something that the people who put on the previous roof did not do, and which should have been done. They did not finish the first day, as they had thought they would, but they did have people working until 9:00 p.m. that night. That is dedication. They were back early the next morning to finish the job, finishing around 5:30 p.m. Again dedication to doing the job correctly and professionally. They were in regular contact with me about the progress of the job. When they left, the area around the house was clear of debris and the roof looks fantastic. I have no doubt that this roof will last for many years to come and provide a leak proof barrier, which could not have been said of the previous roof. They took plenty of pictures and gave me access to them. I would highly recommend Above Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.

We were very pleased with our new roof from the estimate to the finished product. They showed up at 7 am and stayed until 630 pm when the roof was completed. They rocked it! They went through with magnets, leaf blowers and brooms to clean up afterward. Could not even tell they had been there other than seeing a new roof on our house. We love the new skylight with the retractable shade. Very happy with our entire experience and highly recommend Above Roofing!

Everything from start to finish was great! Great pre job communication. When they arrived work was promptly started. They were very conscientious of our landscape and took all precautions to avoid getting the shingles that were being removed into the landscape. After work was completed, they cleaned everything up and left it just as it was when they got there. The roof looks great! A week later we had gutters put on and they also look great! We highly recommend Above Roofing!

Derek our estimator was very professional he answered all of our questions and walked us through the entire process, how the project would progress from start to completion. The warranty is definitely above other’s in the industry, and if you have a problem, they are exceptionally responsive and thorough. We are very satisfied with our new roof and gutters! Our neighbors were so impressed they are using Above Roofing to replace their roof as well. This company knows what customer service is and actually cares about what their customers think and say about them. They are not just above the other’s in the industry they excel at it! Oh and they weren’t the most expensive either!
