Lucas and Roofman recently completed a garage roof for us. Great communication, service, and execution. They did everything they said they would do and they did everything when they said they were going to do it! It was not a simple job as you can see by the photos. Highly recommend.

These guys are amazing! My sales rep Jason was friendly, accommodating, and super informative. I met with him on a Thursday afternoon — he took the time to walk me through all the options and gave me everything I needed to review with my husband, who was out of town. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision, which I really appreciated. By Monday afternoon, we decided to move forward, and they had us scheduled for that Friday. The crew showed up right on time around 8 AM and finished by 4/4:30 — and we have a pretty decent-sized roof! I was honestly so impressed with how efficient and professional the whole process was. Highly recommend!

Intentionally, I had a decision to make between choosing from 2 other companies to repair my roof , So all together 3. Sean, came out to my home took a look provided me an estimate and in the process we discussed some additional things as far as the wooden part on my roof getting repaired. He knew that I had other companies I was looking at as well and stated to me that "We will also take down the wood part on the roof and repair that as well" I was shocked as well as happy when I heard this bc I thought that's perfect! I can kill 2 birds with 1 stone, considering the fact that I'm a single mom, who works extremely hard and is at the time sending her son off to college. I specifically &directed pointed to that same area and said directly to him are you referring to this wood he said Yes. I said to him If you guys are willing to replace that portion I would like to go with your company! We even discussed it furthermore for about another 30mins or so and that "wooden part getting repaired was mentioned SEVERAL TIMES in our conversation". And in the end he basically told me that him and I never discussed this & that we had no conversation what so ever, and that he never mentioned anything about the wooden part being repaired on my roof. Which is incorrect! I also had to stay on top of them multiple times to actually have them come out and actually do the job! That moreso I can understand &didn't make a big deal about bc the receptionist Cindy& the guys that actually came out were nice & made it worth the while! I would say that if you decide to go with this company do not make the same mistake I did with not making sure things that was discussed is not listed in the contract! Because at this point its basically now my word against his. I would never lie and come up with something like this especially when spending my hard earned money. So PLEASE cover yourself & make sure that you do not pay in full upfront & that you do go over your contract right away!
