Customer experiences
My wife went here to get her wedding ring resized. She returned a week later to pick it up. When she came home she was visibly upset and shared her experience with the guy who was working there. The guy was obviously hitting on her and made her feel exceptionally uncomfortable. It took some convincing but my wife managed to stop me from going there to confront the person. I called to make a verbal complaint so that I didn't get myself into some trouble and the woman who answered seemed like she had dealt with this many times before. Every time I drive by I contemplate stopping in but certainly not to buy something. I would never recommend this place to anyone
I went back and forth if I should write a review on my experience, and I decided to when I saw the sign that said “leave us a review on google” on their door on my way out. I found a handful of jewelry while unpacking after a move, that I had acquired from my late grandmother. I collected it put it in a little travel jewelry box. I also brought a separate necklace that needed a new loop as it broke off, figured because they were recommended to me - even though I was going there to have things looked, at I’d at least bring something that would be able to pay them for a service. The girls were extremely nice, looks like one was in training, and still learning things - she took all my information down for the necklace repair, but never gave me a cost, that’s my fault for not asking, I’ll take that one as a complete oversight on my part. To the gentleman who “appraised” my jewelry, whether it was real or not; the way you just kept throwing it off to the side of the clothtl of “real” and “not real” was so unsettling for me, and following up with a “so do you want to sell it?” It made my cheeks hot with how upset that made me - I was almost embarrassed. I understand you probably get tons of people in daily trying to check if things are real or not, or trying to sell off jewelry, but that wasn’t the case for me. I wanted to know if these things should be put away more safely, or if it was something that I should only wear for special occasions as an homage to my grandmother. I was totally okay with knowing some of it wasn’t real - it’s the way it was handled, and that was poorly. I asked for my necklace back that needed repair, and I’ll be taking that business somewhere else. That was just my experience here, so if you have some sentimental items that you’re curious about, I’d go somewhere else.
Received an incredible deal from Abraham’s and couldn’t be happier that the love of my life said yes. The ring was exactly what I had in mind when I walked through the door. So many jewelry stores have lost touch with their client base and forget that the people they are selling to for engagement rings are young people who don’t always have all the money in the world. They made me feel respected and important while making sure what I got for my now fiancé was perfect. Thank you for everything ❤️
Had a phenomenal first experience at Abraham’s. Before reaching out to them, I was doubtful that anyone would be able to repair my chain in time for an event that was quickly approaching. Their skill, expertise, and helpfulness truly exceeded anything that I thought was possible.
Abraham's Jewellery is a jeweler.
