Absolute Best Pest Control

Extremely unprofessional service. The first time this company came to my home, it was on a holiday—with absolutely no prior notice. No call, no email, no heads-up at all. I suddenly saw someone walking around my property on my security cameras. I was told that moving forward, I’d receive a 30-minute courtesy call before each visit. Fast forward to today: my appointment window was from 9 AM to 12 PM, and again—no call. I only noticed the technician had arrived because I saw him spraying the exterior on my camera. This is now the second time they’ve shown up without notifying me. Completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone who values communication and respect for their home.

Kaleb was absolutely wonderful! He was knowledgeable, and so helpful. He took his time, and answered every little question that my mom had. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much!

Edwin was AWESOME! He showed up to perform services for the previous homeowners whom I’m assuming forgot to cancel. I’d been looking for pest control services and asked if there was any way we could just switch the services over to my name and he go ahead and do a treatment since he was already here. He was fantastic! He called his office and explained the situation. I spoke with Taylor and she hooked me right up with services so quickly! Edwin was spraying my house in about 10 minutes!!! Excellent customer service! Looking forward to working with them!
