AC Civil Contracting Ltd.

Our company did some subcontracting for these guys almost a year ago and they still haven't paid us. Other companies will at least show remorse and explain why they're unable to pay (financial hardship, etc). These guys just don't seem to care.

On September 24th, while traveling through the intersection of 140th Street and 96th Avenue, I witnessed a reckless and highly dangerous incident that demands immediate attention. A truck driver, a Caucasian male with a beard, was operating the vehicle in an utterly irresponsible manner, endangering the lives of all those around him. This individual was driving at a staggering speed of 100 km/h in a clearly marked 50 km/h zone, with complete disregard for traffic laws or the safety of others. He aggressively cut off multiple vehicles without signaling or consideration, creating an imminent threat of collision at every turn. Such flagrant violations of the law cannot and should not be tolerated. This reckless conduct exhibited by the driver not only shows an utter lack of respect for the lives of others but also poses a clear and present danger to all road users. Immediate and decisive action must be taken to hold this individual accountable for his actions before someone is seriously injured or worse. I trust that this matter will be addressed with the urgency and gravity it clearly warrants.

We rented equipment to AC Civil in February 2021 (16 months ago) and still have not received full payment. After endless attempts to contact them, a balance of nearly $10K remains outstanding. They made a few small incremental payments but stopped 4 months ago. I would not recommend working with this company as they are clearly in cashflow trouble.
