This is an extremely professional body shop. The mechanics know what they’re doing, and don’t try to manipulate you into making unnecessary repairs. The young lady, Rebecca, who handles intake and provides customer updates is very knowledgeable as well. This place is a 10/10. No doubt.

Normally I don't write reviews for a bad and incompetent customer service but I feel it's imperative others to know how incompetent and careless Accent BMW is. I had a major engine work done by Accent back in Aug' 2024. Car came back with unsecure drive shaft. Just in 3 days after, plume of smoke coming out of car. For no reason it was diagnose a turbo failure. After $4K repairs, the car stalled in a next 4 days. Again towed and diagnose a fuel injector failure. After replacing that I have had enough, took the car to another BMW mechanic. They found the cylinders are leaking oil and engine work had to be re-done. Accent BMW re-did the work. Within 2 days car stalled with check engine light. At this time I had car towed to the same 'another' mechanic. They found: 1. The hood latch assy. is broken during the work performed by Accent. Instead of telling me they just Zip tie it which didn't work. 2. Also Accent BMW broke the Throttle Assy switch and they just put together hoping all will be ok. Just by few bumps on the road assy came loose and stalled the car with a check engine light. Item 1&2 cost me over $1000. This is an absolute careless, incompetency and a bad workmanship by Accent BMW. This nightmare of almost 6 months is awful. They call them self BMW specialist- frankly there mechanic failed to keep up with new technology. Oh by the way they have this sign of master BMW mechanic with someone else name. It turned out that person doesn't work on a regular bases.

I loved the honesty and the great customer service and I wasn’t hustler into fixing my car when it didn’t need fixing. They went straight to the problem and fixed it and gave me a price that was at least 60% cheaper then the bmw dealership.
