The process and execution of a recall and service went very smoothly. I called BMW of Beverly Hills, I received an appointment very quickly, I also made arrangements for a loaner, which was also much appreciated and convenient. My service liaison Mr. Iqbal Gill was extremely helpful and in touch with me for every step of the way. Ms. Amanda who manages the loaner program was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and expedited the loaner. All of the staff and mechanics were all professional and pleasant. Top tier experience, and I just moved to LA, from CO, and did not have the benefit of knowing anyone at the dealership.

I recently had to visit the BMW service center twice for urgent issues, and both times I was helped by Sarkis. He was incredibly professional, kind, and efficient. They took my car in right away and completed everything very quickly. I’m very happy with the service, both visits were truly positive experiences. It was also a pleasant surprise to receive my car freshly cleaned and fully charged to 100%. Thank you for the extra care!

My car was serviced for new car recall for reprogramming. I received an excellent customer service by Justin who made sure my loaner was ready and was prompt when my car was to be picked up. No downtime for paperwork and was ready for drive off. Great customer care! Thank you Justin!
