The process and execution of a recall and service went very smoothly. I called BMW of Beverly Hills, I received an appointment very quickly, I also made arrangements for a loaner, which was also much appreciated and convenient. My service liaison Mr. Iqbal Gill was extremely helpful and in touch with me for every step of the way. Ms. Amanda who manages the loaner program was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and expedited the loaner. All of the staff and mechanics were all professional and pleasant. Top tier experience, and I just moved to LA, from CO, and did not have the benefit of knowing anyone at the dealership.

I’ve had consistently great experiences at Beverly Hills BMW Service over the past several visits. Justin Young in particular has been outstanding—knowledgeable, responsive, and always a pleasure to work with. Pricing is competitive (tires are the same as other shops, and for repairs, it’s close enough that going all OEM feels well worth it). On bigger jobs, they’ve even worked with me to find promos when possible to help close some pricing gaps, which I really appreciate. They’ve also fit me in promptly for a couple of unscheduled emergency repairs. Great service team all around.
