My BMW 335i was on a casual cruise on the highway when suddenly it reduced its engine power and gave me a check engine light. The ride quality worsened immediately as my car began to stall and shake as I exited the highway. I got in touch with Carlos and he was very quick to get my car in to discover what was wrong. With no time he found the problem as well as provided me with a couple different options to go about it. Every outlet to fix the car was a reasonable price and he explained in detail what each repair would entail. My BMW F80 developed a really annoying "Tea Kettle Whistle". After hearing what an awesome job Carlos did on my friends 3 Series, I contacted him and within a few days I dropped off my car to get diagnosed. While there, I had them do some regular Maintenance and that alone saved me a bunch of money. Back to the whistling, turned out the Valve Cover failed etc. Carlos went above and beyond to reach out to his contacts for the most cost effective approach and found that certain components would still be covered under a BMW warranty. The honesty and quick to the point attitude is well worth your time and trust me when I say you will not be disappointed. Long story short, they could have just said here's the bill and fixed it, but they really helped me save tons. If I could give them more stars I would. I will definitely be doing all services / maintenances with them from here on out!
