I have completed two assignments with Accentuate Staffing, and I would like to note that, although the assignments were generally satisfactory, they did not conclude positively. The first assignment progressed well until a disagreement arose between myself and a colleague, which ultimately led to the termination of my assignment. I was quite disappointed with the manner in which Accentuate managed the situation, as I felt they did not provide adequate support. The second assignment was marked by a lack of transparency. I was not informed of critical information, which resulted in a sense of being blindsided. Additionally, many individuals faced termination due to unrealistic performance metrics.

I have worked with Nicole twice over the past year, with great experiences both times. Nicole helped me get my footing in NC and got me interviews very quickly. My first temporary position didn't last very long because I found full-time permanent work quickly after, but I appreciated her willingness to work with me again once I found myself looking for another job. Nicole introduced me to the company I am now transitioned into full-time, and I LOVE it. I completely trusted her to help me and she didn't disappoint. She has also always been available to connect with me after I was placed. I am no longer working with Accentuate because I am transitioned to permanent status with my company, but Nicole really helped me get a foot in the door. I've tried other staffing agencies in NC and Accentuate was the best by a landslide. Thanks, Nicole! :)

I've been reading a lot of these reviews, many positive reviews and some less flattering reviews. My experience was positive. I got a contract position with the state and Accentuate was my "employer" for practical purposes. My pay was directly deposited into my bank weekly like clock work. They took care of the tax deductions. Also Bonus pay was received several times during my contract, the higher tax rate for bonus pay was also taken care of by Accentuate, so I didn't have any surprises when I did my taxes. After 18 months the contract I was assigned to ended. I am taking a little break and will be contacting Accentuate for my next position. The people I dealt with at Accentuate were very personable and helpful. Emails were sent weekly notifying me of timecards being accepted and pay being deposited. I think the negative reviews may not reflect Accentuate but rather the employer that hired Accentuate to do the hiring.

I have had a FANTASTIC experience with Accentuate Staffing. Before them, I had been hunting for a full-time position for months on end. I had applied to nearly 100 places tailoring my cover letter to each one then hearing little back, and from the ones I did hear back from and interview with, the pay was dismal. It got so discouraging. Within a few weeks of getting connected with Accentuate they found me a wonderful job that I am VERY happy with! I enjoy what I do and I work with great people. I started my position earlier this year and am now being hired on as a permanent employee! I am forever grateful to Accentuate, they were seriously an answer to prayer. I recommend them to everyone I know who is looking for a job and will continue to do so!
