I called Accurate this morning and spoke to Terry. He was so patient and helpful, walked me through several steps and determined that it appeared to be a Com Ed issue. I called Com Ed and he was 100% right. Com Ed was out and Doug replaced wires at the pole and everything was running within an hour and a half. Huge thanks to Terry for his patience, his 100% spot on diagnosis and above all, his honesty. Although I didn't need his service today, I'm absolutely adding Accurate to my contacts as my electrician. ❤

My overall experience with Accurate Electrical Solutions was Simply Magnificent. The technicians were very Professional, Knowledgeable, Helpful, Friendly & Polite. I had a privacy fence installed in my backyard by “Premier Fence”. During the install, the power source from my house to my garage was cut. Accurate Electrical Solutions came out the next day & installed a Ground Wire, Outdoor Outlet & Restored the electrical power to my garage. I was so impressed because the Ground Wire that they installed is protected by steel piping so, something like this will Never happen again to my private line.
