I have been renting with Andrew and APM for about two years now and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are the most attentive landlords I’ve ever had, respond to texts immediately and are very quick to address any issues in my apartment. Not to mention very kind and easy to get along with. They also redid my whole kitchen and bathroom this year and it looks beautiful. Our building is always neat and tidy, regular floor cleanings in the hallways, and not just inside: the landscaping and picking up of leaves in the fall is so nice too! I really feel so comfortable and at home with them, I couldn’t ask for better landlords!
