Two months ago, following a phone call to Ace CS which I found online, having seen the shop frontage on a visit to Newport, I took one of our family laptops (a fairly old Lenovo) for repair, due to the dreaded blue screen of death! Andy told us he would be able to sort out the problem, and he did: we have been delighted with his expertise, and the laptop is behaving well, also due to to our taking Andy's advice and buying/installing Norton PC Protection. We absolutely hated the PC protection hitherto used, which I will not name but whose initials are AV and G! Andy installed it instore when we collected the repaired laptop 4 days later. His co- expert Jenny was also very helpful whilst we waited. We also noted the variety of products (incl recycled pc's) for sale in the shop. This is a computer expert worth noting; highly recommended and we will definitely use again. Many thanks!

How great it is to get a mobile looked at on the shop premises, and not the usual ‘Oh we need to send your phone to our repair site, so you will be without it for two weeks’ scenario. The staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful, setting up my new phone on the spot. Highly recommended!
