Requested Ace Handyman for a low profile TV wall mount and to put up a large antique wall mirror. The customer service was prompt and excellent (thank you, Rose!). We were immediately scheduled for the next available day and the folks at Ace were very communicative about schedule changes. We ended up being able to get an even earlier time. The handyman Shawn Gannon is superb. He is a true professional and very experienced in his work. He is very punctual and customized our install to the needs of our space, performing all work cleanly and carefully. He even fielded a side question about our old dishwasher that needed replacement (Home Depot happened to also be on site to do an appliance swap but ran into an issue) and Shawn provided detailed advice to us without asking. Ace overall gets 5 stars for great service and I’d give Shawn 10 stars if I could. We will definitely seek Ace and request Shawn specifically for any future handyman needs.

Doug was on time and friendly. He was able to secure a piece of siding that had come loose. Very professional and proficient. Great value for a job that I couldn’t do myself. Highly recommend!
