After my less-than-stellar first visit, Dan (the owner) personally followed up, took full responsibility, and assured me that my experience wasn’t representative of their standards. He immediately resolved my issue with no extra fees. A huge thank you to Bud and Brad for coming to the rescue—your service was speedy, precise, and detail-oriented. Everything looks fantastic, and I truly appreciate the clean, thorough job you did. What a relief to know they stand behind their work!

I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences with contractors, so I was a bit hesitant going in—but I’m so glad I reached out to Ace Handyman Services. I had a tricky issue that most contractors either didn’t respond to or didn’t understand: a rotting door sill on my old home that sat lower than the grade of the house. I wasn’t sure how to fix it, but from the moment I contacted Ace Handyman Services, I felt reassured. Kathy and Peggy in the office were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the scheduling process. They set me up with Bud L., who arrived right on time and was a pleasure to work with—friendly, professional, and clearly experienced. Bud did an outstanding job: he fixed the door sill, trimmed the door, and installed a new handle and deadbolt. He took the time to test everything multiple times, making sure the door opened and closed smoothly. He even had me test it myself to confirm it was just right. I appreciated how careful he was about keeping the work area clean and tidying up when the job was done. And huge kudos to Bud for pushing through the intense heat without missing a beat! I’m beyond satisfied with the quality of work and the overall experience. I’ll definitely be using Ace again for future projects. Excellent, efficient and professional service! Everyone I came in contact with at Ace Handyman was very professional. Brad arrived on time. We discussed the project and my expectations of the job (patch the hole behind my stove due to a gas pipe repair). I asked if he could do one additional task which was hang my flat screen on the wall. Which he also completed. Brad was efficient and knowledgeable. He did a great job patching the hole, explained that everything would need to dry thoroughly before I could put the socket plate back on. Hung my TV on the wall, checked to make sure I was satisfied with everything and cleaned up any loose odds and ends. On top of everything, Brad was a cheerful and pleasant young man to work with. I would definitely be happy to have Brad do work for me in the future.
