**Updated** Ace is great! Definitely my go-to Handyman. I have now used them three times (1x to remove a door, 1x to install a hard dryer vent up to the rooftop, and 1x to remove old stackable washer and dryer and install the new one). Each experience was easy, and Vicky always schedules Ace Handymen to come out quickly. That are always on time and update you as they are leaving and about to arrive. Whether Jake, Sam, Delaughn, etc. - all highly skilled on their craft. All the Responded very quickly to my thumbtack add and got me scheduled quickly. Very professional and highly recommend.

Jake was awesome! He is knowledgeable and did a great job patching, painting, and fixing holes in our roof and around our home to keep birds, mice, and other animals out. He is friendly, stayed on budget, and was helpful with other repairs inside our home. He is a great handy man and I’m sure we will use his services again in the future. Thanks Jake

Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience with Ace Handyman. When I called for information, I wasn’t informed about the service fee, the hourly rate (including travel time), or the markup on supply fees. Vicki was great to work with - she was helpful in scheduling and communicating with me throughout the entire process, which I appreciated. The technician, however, arrived late and spent 45 minutes sitting outside my house before coming in, which I was initially billed for. He wasn’t able to complete the project the same day, so it required rescheduling. It also took him longer than expected to get supplies (which he attributed to traffic), but by then I had already lost trust. Some of the supplies purchased weren’t even used. When he returned to finish the project, he showed up an hour and a half late, and the work was not done correctly. While Vicki did make an effort to resolve things, she waived the second visit charge and offered to send someone out to fix the work - I was too frustrated by then. In total, we spent almost $530, and unfortunately the project still wasn’t completed correctly.
