Dana is an excellent massage therapist. I notice she only works 2 days at the clinic and has limited hours, so I feel very fortunate I managed to snag a last minute appointment with her! Her style is very slow and deliberate, which I wasn’t sure if I would like, but much to my surprise it was exactly what I needed and going as slow as she did made it a meticulous massage, no muscles were missed out on. Also going as slow as she did, with firm pressure, made me relax more and brought my nervous system back into balance in a way I didn’t know I needed. Dana was so knowledgeable about what I needed to feel better and explained the myofascial work she would do on my collarbones in detail so I wasn’t blindsided by how strange and tender it felt when she actually did it. I really appreciated the care Dana put into both my experience and easing my pain. Will definitely be back!
