We purchased a hedge cutter early December 24 from this company as a Christmas gift. To date 18/02/25 we have still not received the product. We have tried to contact via email and phone numerous times but have not received a response just an automated email about issues with their communication systems. Does this company actually exist? We just want our money back now. Very disappointing.
