Fantastic all round. After visiting two Great Yarmouth car dealers we decided to give Carters a visit. It is such professional operation compared to the previous 2 dealers. None of the hard sell, just a friendly and highly professional approach. The car we bought from them was really good value compared with national online car sales websites and included a new MOT and service. We recommend Carters without any hesitation and will use them for servicing and MOTs in future as we were so impressed with the service they offer.

I was recommended G.R. Carter Motors by a friend, when looking for a Toyota Yaris having hung onto my Nissan Micra for a family member, and they exceeded expectation in all aspects of their service offered. I had the pleasure of dealing with Owen, the son, over the telephone whilst searching/ finding the perfect car for me. From start to finish, he was nothing but reassuring, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and I never felt under pressure with the 'expected' hard-sell sale. I was super impressed :) Due to the distance between us, I cheekily test drove a similar car at the local dealership; to know I was satisfied with a newer model of a car I had owned a number of years ago. Throughout the process, as it had been a while since I bought a new car, he guided me through with endless patience to my never-ending questions. The car was great value for the price, very competitive, as I had done previous research at a number of dealerships online. It was low mileage, superb condition, one previous owner and he offered me a reasonable trade-in price on mine, for an older car that was unexpectedly generous. With work commitments Owen fitted around me for a delivery date, ensuring a full tank of petrol and a thorough clean on delivery- as unfortunately it was delivered this weekend, with the horrendous storm we experienced all over the UK- but they kept to their agreement, despite difficulties of weather. I cannot thank, and thoroughly recommend, this family-run, long established business enough. I have already talked to my family members who will be looking for cars themselves, in the not-too-distant future, as the experience was seamless. On completion of my sale I also chatted to dad, Mark, to sing the praises of both Owen and his exceptional service given. I am VERY pleased with my new car and for the support I received. In a time when people are always in a rush, don't listen to the customer's needs, are not overly concerned at giving good customer service and often can be challenging in their manner of being discourteous, as they are only interested in a sale, not the person... THIS family-run business go ABOVE AND BEYOND all expectation!! The fact they are SO in demand, show how much care is given to their customers and why reading reviews MANY of their customers return time after time. Thank you from a grateful and very satisfied customer! Keep up the superb work guys and I wish you continued success in your business!!
