although I Already knew after dealing with your people on different occasions That’s a $49 service deal was to get your tech/salesman to upsell me. I knew equipment that I supposedly needed. In this case, your tech was correct and I went with the changes that he suggested. So my bill went from $49 to over $1600 but then he told me there would be an extra thousand dollars to clean out my Vents. I Have now agreed to the nearly 9 dollars a month Charge primarily because the technicians that have been here in the past as well as Lewis are good at what they do. although I still need my ducts cleaned and checked out, I feel you can do it much cheaper.
