I severely injured the little finger on my dominant hand playing baseball which led to me seeing a hand surgeon. Lucky for me the doctor referred me to Active Recovery to see if anything could be done in lieu of surgery. I am in my early sixties and through sports have dealt with various levels of excellence in tending to the numerous injuries I have incurred. Nicole explained the anatomy of the injury and each step of her process for my recovery. She set goals for each future session and became an effective coach for me.
