I found Royal City Physio through Google. The reviews were good and it was close to home. I got an appointment with Simrat right away. Her thorough assessment on my injury and her own experience with sports injury gave me comfort about the treatment plan for my sprained ankle. I saw her for 8 sessions and the exercises were communicated by email which made it easy not to forget. I valued the question/answer feedback at the beginning of each session that helped customize the exercise plan for injury recovery. She is knowledgeable and very friendly.
