Zero stars! I bought a beautiful Mini Cooper Countryman with only 56,000 miles in November of 2022. It is now May 2023 and my car is toast from something someone before me did - I don't know if it was Integrity but according to 2 mechanics any mechanic would have known just by looking the engine and radiator, etc., over. Someone put in Stop Leak in the car which has completely ruined it. Instead of fixing it correctly, they took the easy way out. I owe over $13k and it is 12k to fix it - I am going to turn it into the bank and ruin my credit.

I had a great experience. Alex was kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. It was a friendly, no pressure experience. Thanks, Integrity Auto! Update: When I took the car to the shop it had multiple issues. All the brakes were bad, all four tires were bad and immediately quit holding air. Neither air filter was in decent condition. The car looks nice, but I had to spend another $1,500 to have it safely on the road.

Just bought a 2014 Mini Cooper Countryman S. The entire experience was more than pleasant, great guys. I drove down from 40 miles N of Portland and my trade in and purchase was ready ro go and the car is beautiful! I recommend Integrity to anyone looking for a used vehicle.
