Your technician, April was terrific! April was professional, friendly & informative. April answered all my questions; what equipment was on my generator, if a surge protector was on my system, battery life, whether or not, I could add my air conditioner to my current Generator. I asked April to have the office. Give me a call in regards to adding a surge protector since I don’t have one on my system. I would like to have my account assigned to April for future service and maintenance! If you have a recognition program, you should reward April for her outstanding customer.

Every part of the process with Adams was a breeze! Scheduling an estimate was simple, and the estimate itself came back quickly. The work we needed (yard trenched for pool filter/pump/heater) was scheduled right away. Mike and Ryan showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and were as pleasant as can be. Their professionalism stood out—so much so that they even turned down a tip. Truly an A+ experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

The service techs showed up for the scheduled appointment on my whole house generator which has not been on line since December of 24 due to a house fire. Adams Electric did the install 1.5 years ago. We discussed what needed to be done. The technicians did the maintenance and installed a new battery. Both technicians were very polite and new their jobs. I highly recommend Adam's Electric.
