I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. I had a signed one-year contract in place, and despite that, they canceled my stay without any valid reason. The management is incredibly rude and shows zero commitment to their agreements. When I tried to address the situation, they were dismissive and unhelpful, offering no apology or explanation for their actions. It’s clear that they have no regard for their customers or the importance of honoring signed contracts. No hospitality whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone this kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a hotel claiming to offer professional service.

Very nice hotel, good central location, staff very helpful. I will definitely use again. Easy parking, and access. The room facilities are very good, and kept clean to a high standard. There are basic shops for all your needs close by. Highly recommended.

As always this hotel is perfect for our needs. Visiting family who live close by is easy and effortless at H&E. The staff are always friendly and polite. Noman and Supun were helpful booking us in with professionalism and gave us a wonderful experience. It is within walking distance to Circle Mall which is great.

I recently made a reservation for access to the swimming pool at a wonderful hotel. The pool area supervisor, Abdel, provided us with exceptional hospitality, and the pool attendant was excellent. The pool was very clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. The jacuzzi was superb, adding to our great experience. I visited with my family and found the swimming package to be very affordable, which also included a delicious grill platter. The food was amazing. The entire hotel staff was incredibly friendly, and I enthusiastically recommend this place for everyone to enjoy. Take advantage of the hotel's recreational facilities to beat the summer heat. I'm loving it and extend my special thanks to Abdel for his exceptional service.
