Wife was told of she didn’t pay 130 dollars on the spot the urgent care would not treat her. Told us to go to the Adana emergency room that’s where we are now will leave review of the emergency room separate
I called to verify that an xray order was received before I came to get it done and the woman that answered said they did receive one through fax and when I drove all the way there they said that they didn't have any orders recived so I had to wait for them to call and ask for one to be sent, all while I'm trying to get this done before picking up my child from school.... I never recommend adena any locations for absolutely anything at all period....
If there was zero stars that is what I would give this place! They have no clue what they are doing. The first two times I was here they was great then when I took my Daughter back a few months later they gave her an antibiotic she did NOT need and I told them the last time she came in to be treated whatever creme they gave her worked and can they call it in? My child was literally there two days ago and said she had to come back to see provider cause they will not treat same thing as another provider aka they have no sense!!!!! They can look on chart. They just want to charge insurance as much as possible while doing nothing to correct the problem you go there for! I told her I would take my child somewhere else and definitely will not return here for ANY reason! Last few times they have been nothing but terrible and the new so called provider they have is an older lady with reddish hair and glasses. I have no idea her name but I do know she knows nothing. I had to go here a couple weeks before my Daughter and she tried to give me a cough medicine for me setting into pneumonia! Said antibiotics would not help! I went elsewhere and they gave me an antibiotic and steroid to clear me up. So you mean to tell me antibiotics will not help someone setting into pneumonia but they will help a skin rash you will not give a creme for like you did prior that did help?!! This place is nothing but a joke! Once again I am on my way to take my Daughter to a facility who knows what they are doing and I do not have to wait hours to hear something that does not even make sense or cure the problem! This place needs closed down like yesterday!
The communication between the facilities boggles my mind. I had an appointment this past week requiring me to do an additional testing that needed to be completed within 24hrs and that I was able to drop it off at the Adena Waverly facility and was also advised that I did not need have my blood drawn. After 24hrs I had dropped off my test to the Waverly facility and nobody stated they needed anything additional from me. It wasn’t until the next day that I got a phone call close to 4:30 pm advising that I was supposed to have blood drawn when dropping off my test, but I had stated that from the appointment I had earlier within the week was told I didn’t have to. Then the nurse stated that I either needed to quickly come down to the lab that day or I would need to repeat the whole process again. I asked if I was able to stop by over the weekend after working a few hours since I wasn’t going to have time to and the nurse stated that it was fine for me to do that since it would be within the 24hrs and to be sure I get it done before 3PM since that’s when they closed. I arrived today (12/11/2021) after work around noon and spoke with the first receptionist, who wasn’t very sure of the facilities hours or procedure. The second receptionist heard us talking, got off the phone, and quickly responded with an attitude that everyone had already left at noon and that the carrier had already picked up everything. When I tried to explain to her that someone from the lab called me yesterday saying it would be okay for me to come by before 3 PM to get my blood drawn, the second receptionist quickly interrupted me while I was in the middle of talking and repeated what she said again with the same attitude. I was already frustrated with this whole week in dealing with the appointments I’ve had and the miscommunications I’ve been getting. It only made it worse after when I stated that I’d just call back on Monday when everything opens and as soon as I was walking away, both receptionist were speaking under their breathes and started laughing. All I can say is as an employee for the same company, I am embarrassed at how some of our staffs treat their patients.
