Dr McCain is wonderful but I changed to another doctor because when I call they tell me they are booked out for 4-6 months! What good is a family physician if you can’t get into see them for months! Very disappointing!
We have had nothing but bad experiences at this facility. They tested my daughter for the flu and told me the test results would b in within 3 days. The flu needs treated within 48 hours. Do the math. This is the third bad experience my family has had here. They don’t listen or care about the patient. The ppl working the front desk are RUDE!!! We won’t be returning.

We must stay up to date with the latest research and technologies to provide our patients with the best possible care. Valleyview Health may benefit from taking a more open and proactive approach to incorporating new and innovative treatments. In conclusion, this decision made by Valleyview Health is not only highly concerning, but it also displays a lack of compassion and understanding towards those suffering from treatment-resistant depression.
