Brenda was amazing! I could feel my pain melting away as she worked out my knots and kinks and took me to cloud 9. I had tweaked my lower back, which sent pain down my buttocks and leg, and was unable to walk normally due to this excruciating pain. Brenda worked professionally and found every pain point and sore point and worked her magic on this irritated sciatic nerve. She took my pain from 11/10 to maybe a 3/10. I can walk fine and no longer feel pain in my buttocks and leg. Back is still a little sore, but that's expected as I was extremely tight to begin with. Needless to say, I will be coming back for more sessions. She also does direct billing for insurance, so thats always a bonus!

Brenda is an excellent massage therapist, she is professional and also experienced in cupping and acupuncture. I have tried both therapies with her and always get cupping with my massage to relieve tension and back pain.
