Enrique Mustelier I am not the kind to leave reviews but when I am really impressed with someone I feel I have to because it may help someone else in need and also the person who helped me needs to know how happy I am with his work this is only the second review I have ever left. I have a 2022 Forest River travel trailer and apparently, these things are poorly insulated. It’s a 40ft with only one air conditioning unit. The front doesn’t get much air with only one 3” vent. The rear where the living room is has 2 slide outs that get cooked all day by the sun. Even with the one unit at full blast all day that area gets temperatures of 80-85 degrees all day and the other half of 78 until the sun goes down. By 10pm I can get 72. It was miserable!!!! I started calling people and no one had the time and wanted to come see the job 2 weeks out and charge me over 100 dollars for a service call. I was now resigned to the heat and not installing a second unit. I was looking at a brochure from my campground and saw a Very small ad for Advance Mobile RV Repairs and I decide to call. I spoke with David who immediately was very sympathetic to my situation and was willing to help. He had numerous conversations with me to determine what parts to get and continue keeping me posted on the progress for delivery to set up a day for the job. As soon as he had all parts he came to do the work. He appeared to me as a very professional, knowledgeable and has a great personality. He works hard and is meticulous with what he does. While doing the work he paid very close attention to detail and everything looked like it belonged there. Everything thing looks like it came from the manufacturer. He cleaned up and picked up everything and insisted in leaving everything like he found it. I am not going to say what he charged because every job is different but I have to say that he was more than reasonable. I used to do handy work before I retired and I would have charged a lot more for the work he did. The job involved several disciplines. There was roofing, carpentry, HVAC installation and electrical work involved. I feel he under charged me. I will never call anyone else. And even if I was in another state I will wait until I can get to him in Kissimmee, FL. He knows his field and his workmanship is impeccable. If you read this. Thank you David. I will be forever grateful. And I am FREEZING now!! With temperatures of 61-67 degrees in the entire space. 👍
