I had an excellent experience with Eduardo! I dropped off my mom’s computer around 2 p.m., and within just two hours he had it ready to go—working perfectly, connected to the internet, and running smoothly. The service was incredibly fast and professional. Eduardo provides great customer service, quick turnaround, and strong technical expertise. On top of that, his fees were very fair and reasonable for the quality of work. We were so impressed that I’ll be taking my own computer to him next week. Eduardo! What a great guy! So kind and personable. He understood our problem right away and we learned quite a bit about Apple and computer updates! In 24hrs we had a new 2013 laptop! The charge for the repair was more than fair. We were so happy with Eduardo that I took our desktop MAC over to him the next day for a very well needed repair and update. This repair took a bit longer, but once we found out how bad off our MAC was I consider him a miracle worker. Again, Eduardo know’s what he is doing and if I can state only one thing it would be “If your MAC is giving you problems, don’t look any further. Eduardo is your guy!”.

Hands down the best service ever! I brought in my MacBook thinking it was completely dead — it wouldn’t even turn on. I had already taken it to the Apple Store and they couldn’t fix it, but he totally saved the day! He had it up and running the same day, which blew my mind. Super fair pricing, crazy attention to detail, and just overall awesome service. HE WAS AMAZING! 10/10 Highly recommend!
