I did apply online on October 22. I paid the fee, and no one called me back within 24 hours. They were quick to take the fee of $25 each. I paid for my son and me. I called after 2 days, and he asked me 3 questions and told me to continue looking on the site until an apartment becomes available. Still haven't received my refund as Nexus property management said. Where in December 3 still waiting on refund.
