The facility was clean, peaceful and rooms well designated. Even though I was a few minutes late arriving everyone was kind an efficient to work me into their schedule. With three appointments in one day, I was at my last appointment ahead of time. Even was able to sit down and catch my breath. The surgeon was kind enough to meet with me in the nurses intake room. So much information and many directions. They went over everything then asked if I had questions. Printed copies were supplied for my reading. The question that came to me after departure I was able to ask and clarify on MyChart messages. I'm going forward to my hip replacement surgery knowing what to expect.
